Attendance

Year 4 had the highest attendance for December 2009

Well Done Year 4.

Each month, the school offers a monthly award to the class with the highest attendance. The award is normally given out in the "Awards Assembly" that takes place on the first Friday of the new month. The children from the winning class receive a book mark. The school also awards individual children for 100% attendance at the end of the year.

Each term we give a certificate to all children who have achieved 100% attendance for the term.

At the end of the year we give a certificate and a book to all those children who have 100% attendance for the whole year.

HOLIDAYS

PLEASE avoid taking holidays in term time as this can lead to a significant amount of time being missed at school.

If permission from the headteacher is NOT requested to take a holiday during  term time, children will be given an UNAUTHORISED absence and parents may be visited by the EDUCATION WELFARE OFFICER.
